I have known Sheila Fox for 25 years or so and have witnessed the flow and progression of her work.  With every piece, be it a painting, chalk, mosaic or sculpture, she brings beauty and emotion.  Her creations are an extension of her humanity and love for people and animals.

We have pursued a number of projects together, in which her art form was integral to bringing awareness to human rights situations, such as  genocide and Native American rights and preservation.  Her artistic skillset is broad and deep, capturing the emotion and intention of the piece and the vision she is interpreting with her work.  She is a fantastic teacher of the arts, having taught with her in a classroom setting many times.    Her art is not only beautiful, but meaningful and relevant to our times.

There is a depth and flow to Sheila's work that is beyond words! I have a few of her early workings which I love and feel honored to own. One is a pottery vase that I have always hung in my treatment room ( I am an Intuitive Life Coach ). I've always kept sticks of lucky bamboo in it and feel it represents a vessel of potential...good things to come for my clients and me!

All of her work and all of the different mediums she has used have been unique to what Shelia has to offer and how she expresses her gift. Her work is soothing and comforting and frankly so awesome to look at. I always look forward to seeing what she is up to next.

She is a true gift of beauty, soul, love and life expressed through her art, her presences and her smile!

Sheila Fox has created a remarkable technique using alcohol ink. But the most impressive part is how her art reflects her emotional status. When she creates her work it is very important to her to be in a serene and peaceful place, so that the viewer can thoroughly enjoy the finished piece. The level of responsibility she feels when creating is admirable.
